Your Role:

As a Plant Area Department Manager, you'll lead from the front-managing and motivating your team to bring all these vital elements together, ensuring every customer enjoys a unique and memorable visit. You'll also be driving sales and profitability with a strong sense of ownership and empowerment.

What We're Looking For:

Garden centre experience with strong plant care knowledge and a creative, entrepreneurial approach to plant retailing.

Customer-focused and energetic personality that builds rapport easily and enhances the shopping experience.

Proven leadership skills, including team development, communication, and results-driven use of performance reports.

Strong commercial awareness, with a keen eye for sales opportunities, impeccable visual merchandising, and experience managing stock flow from entry to exit.

Proficient in EPOS systems and maintaining high standards in product presentation and store aesthetics.
