About Our Client

We are currently working with a very highly regarded Fresh Produce grower and importer who, as a result of growth, are looking to appoint a Production Planner to join their team. As a leader in their field, they have a long-standing history of delivering great results to a number of major retailers.

About the Job

You will be a part of the planning team reporting into the Supply Chain Manager. You will be responsible for the creation of daily production orders for all sales orders. You will handle the management and control of stock sheets. You will also provide point of contact for any customer enquiries. You will ensure that the company computer system has up to date information available.

The Ideal Candidate

You will have strong numerical and written skills with emphasis on accuracy of information. You will have detailed statistical analysis skills and good time management to ensure deadlines are met. You will also be proficient in the use of management information systems related to planning. Previous experience of SAP software system is desirable but not essential.
