What Will I Be Doing?

As an Agriculture Manager reporting to the Head of Commercial Agriculture, you will play a pivotal role in our client's organization. Your primary responsibilities include leading and coaching a team of Agriculture Managers, fostering strong relationships with Growers and Industry Partners, and strategically promoting sugar beet as a crop of choice. Here's what your role entails:

  1. Develop and Coach Your Team: You'll empower your team to be commercially astute and adaptable, ensuring they contribute effectively to our business objectives.
  2. Grower Collaboration: By working closely with growers, you'll identify opportunities for growth and align their needs with our commercial goals.
  3. Strategic Contribution: Actively participate in shaping the commercial strategy for Agriculture and contribute to the development of strategic plans.
  4. Innovative Offerings: Engage in idea generation for commercial offerings specifically tailored to Sugar Beet Growers.
  5. LimeX Sales Responsibility: You'll be accountable for LimeX sales, ensuring your team meets agreed-upon targets.
