What will I be doing?

Leading a team of 5, you'll be spearheading a commercial team working closely with a number of the major retailers. With a business like this, you'll have all the support and backing you need but with the autonomy to bring ideas to the table and shape the team and future direction. Working closely with customers, JBP's and regularly reviewing service levels, market share and quality performance will all form part of the day to day of the job. As will leveraging insight data to drive results and business growth. There'll be opportunities for some international travel too, so make sure that passport is in date!

What experience do I need?

You'll have a background in fresh produce within a commercial function and have experience working with the major retailers. Experience leading a team will also set you up for success from day one. If you've done some brand work in the past, that would be advantageous, but by no means a necessity. You'll be looking for a role where you can utilise your strategic mindset and your drive for results to move the function forward and build on the fantastic success of the business to date.
