Trainee Sales Person

Are you a hard working, confident and self motivated individual looking to step into the world of sales?

We are recruiting for a Trainee Salesperson to join a dynamic sales team based in Southampton. You will be supported to develop in this role, working along industry professionals to undertake day to day procurement and sales of fresh produce. You will be working with an existing client base and will gain the right exposure to further develop our profitable sales business.

The role will predominantly be carried out through face to face selling and supported by sales growth via social media and visits to potential customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working hours will be 2am - 10am Monday - Friday
• Establish, maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers and suppliers.
• Work with the sales team to enhance our marketing strategy through targeted use of social media platforms.
• Work with Manager to implement stock controls.
• Maximise sales and profit margins.
• Work closely with your manager and the broader sales team to develop opportunities across the region.
• Ensure the best customer service is delivered at all times through representing the business in a professional and positive manner.

Package:
