Salary: £55k-£56k
Hours: Mon-Fri (7:30-17:30, on-call rota needed also)

About Our Client

The business we are recruiting for is a well-known business currently operating a haulage fleet of 12 HGV's with bulk tipper trailers. Over the years, the business has developed the operation, growing their site to allow nearly 100 tonnes of storage and processing.

About the Role

As Transport Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning of the drivers' schedules and routes, ensuring that these run effectively, efficiently, and profitably. You will manage a team of drivings, ensuring that these individuals are trained correctly and compliance is maintained throughout the operation along with ensuring UK and EU Laws and regulations are being adhered to.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal person for this Transport Manager position is someone that has excellent managerial skills, ensuring the performance and behaviors of others align with the company's core values. With fantastic attention to detail, you must be familiar with all industry Assurance Schemes, TASCC, FIAS, and their requirements. CPC qualifications would be fantastic, but ultimately not essential. It would be ideal if you have experience with Bulk Haulage
