Our client is seeking a proactive individual who can hit the ground running and transform opportunities into successful outcomes. Adaptability, strong networking skills, and an innovative mindset are crucial traits for this role.

About the Role:

As Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to expand our market presence. Initially, you will take charge of selling the initial stock to nurseries. • Develop and nurture your territory to increase market share.
  • Innovate and take calculated risks to maximize business opportunities.

About the Business:

Our client is a family-run business specializing in the cultivation and distribution of top-quality shrubs, notably the renowned Cherry Laurel.
