About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and meticulous Compliance Technician to join their compliance team. This role is crucial for maintaining our commitment to the highest standards of quality and safety in all our processes. Reporting to the Technical Team and working closely with site teams, this position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact.

Key Duties:

• Daily Operations: Handle daily paperwork, sign-offs, and lab result collations.
• Quality Assurance: Manage production releases and holds based on quality assessments.
• Equipment Management: Ensure calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.
• Data Analysis: Perform trending and reporting for microbiological and quality metrics.
• Audit and Compliance: Follow up on non-conformities from audits, conduct internal audits, and report findings.
• Training and Support: Assist in training staff and operators, support internal validations and customer certifications.
• Continuous Improvement: Engage in initiatives and projects aimed at improving operational efficiencies.

The Ideal Candidate:
