Salary: £80-85K + Bonus | Private Medical | Stock Options | EV Car Scheme

We're looking for a senior marketer with proven experience managing a household name in the food industry. Someone who can work closely with board and agency partners to deliver smart, high-impact campaigns that grow reach, relevance and revenue.

Role responsibilities:

  • Lead the brand strategy across all UK channels - online, in-store and beyond.

  • Collaborate with their external agency to ensure campaigns are on-brief, on-brand and commercially effective.

  • Champion the Tiptree brand - maintaining values while evolving the brand for today's customers.

  • Oversee social and digital marketing (think Instagram, TikTok, e-commerce & more).

  • Drive marketing performance with real accountability - from ROI to retention.

  • Partner with Sales & NPD teams to bring campaigns to life across all major UK retailers and other key accounts.

  • Inspire and develop a talented internal marketing team.

Candidate Criteria:

  • A proven track record in senior marketing roles within FMCG food manufacturing.

  • Experience owning and growing a household-name brand.

  • Strong agency management and campaign oversight

  • A sharp eye for digital and social media trends

  • Commercial acumen - someone comfortable linking creative work to hard results.

  • Experience working with senior leadership to lead a brand through innovation and evolution.

  • Passion for high-quality products and heritage branding.

  • Collaborative leadership with a hands-on, 'get it done' mindset.

Package offer:

  • £80,000 - £85,000 salary DOE
