What Will I Be Doing?
As a Sales Account Manager, your mission is to build strong, lasting relationships with around 200 accounts, ensuring each customer feels supported, valued, and excited to grow their business with you.
Based in the office, you'll work closely with internal teams and customers to deliver first-class service and ensure smooth delivery of high-demand products.
You'll take a proactive approach to sales, identifying growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and staying ahead of industry trends.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Developing tailored sales plans to drive account growth
- Regular customer contact via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
- Promoting new products and ensuring customers fully understand the value of what you offer
- Analysing market and customer data to spot new opportunities
- Collaborating across departments to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Contributing ideas for ongoing process and service improvements
What Do I Need?
To thrive in this role, you'll need to be self-motivated, results-focused, and passionate about delivering for your customers. You should bring:
- Proven success in a Sales Account Manager or similar customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in analysing trends and spotting growth opportunities
- Strong commercial awareness and customer service mindset
- A collaborative attitude and ability to work cross-functionally
- Your own transport due to the business location
