They are currently looking to speak to superb Packhouse /Production Managers with extensive Fresh Produce or Food Manufacturing expertise with strong strategic AND hands-on management skills. There will be a real focus to improve and get the best out of their committed team as well as the process - so in addition to the day-to-day production, you will also be encouraged or responsible for looking at CI, process improvement, packaging and inventory management.

The compnay are looking to invest heavily in technology over the next few years. The Packhouse Manager is going to be a driving force for this, so individuals must have experience and a true passion for implementation of automated and robotic processes.

What do you need?

• As mentioned, you will have an excellent track record of managing Food or Fresh Produce facilities with knowledge of process and people management
• It would be fantastic if you had experience of Lean and CI, but need to be experienced in automation and robotic project implemenation.
• An apptitude to roll your sleeves up and getting stuck in is a must.....the business are on a journey and they need the right people on board. Lots of exciting plans are on the horizon.
