Are you an Agricultural Graduate looking for a full-time role on a busy fresh produce farm?

The Client

Our client is a family-owned farm which specialises in root crops in East Anglia. They grow and pack top quality vegetables and supply to large retailers in the UK.

The role

The role is to be responsible for all activities such as bed prep, drilling, weeding (mechanical), Irrigation, all aspects of harvesting are carried out in an effective and efficient manner. You will report to the general manager and work on other areas of the farm if required. You will also be involved and be able to maintain and upkeep all machinery to the highest standard. You will also keep records of all operations, drills sheets, hand weeding costs, QA sheets, harvesting sheets and spraying records.

The candidate

You will have experience of working on a farm and have the ability to work alone or part of a team. You will have experience with the latest technologies such as GPS Autosteer and guidance and will have had practical experience driving a tractor. PA1 and PA2 certs would also be required for this position.
