We are working with one of the most forward-thinking farms in the UK, and don't worry they are offering accommodation too!

What you'll be doing

You'll be assisting with the day-to-day running of the glass house including climate setpoints and an overview of the Priva Climate computer

You'll be reporting to the Glasshouse Manager, but we are looking for someone with initiative and the ability to take ownership of tasks and their own two direct reports.

Having an apprentice grower and spray operator reporting to you, you will be on hand to help develop and grow other employees, supporting their career development.

They want to hear your opinion. You'll play a part in this site go from strength to strength.

What you'll need

We are looking for someone with ideally 3+ three years of experience in a soft fruit role,. But, we're happy to consider experience in other protected cropping environments.

You'll be hyper-organised with strong IT skills, including Excel.

The desire to manage a small team or previous experience in doing so.
